Beware not to be a lost boy in someone else's diet program. Some people tend to follow other's formula that's proven to be successful. For the reference, you can copy his ( her ) menu or schedule, but please adjust it to fit your need, consider things related with your health factor. For example, he ( she ) takes a glass of lemon juice for breakfast every morning, that's good for him ( her), but are you sure you don't have any problem with your stomach ? He does the push up with 30 reps each set. Are you strong enough to perform that ? ( or you will make your muscle join injured )
