Why full cream milk ?

This is my experience in quick slim program, full cream milk makes me stay fit and have less desire to consume more meals, besides we still need fat for doing various activity. Although fat free milk is not bad especially for you with extreme fat.
Another reason is : when you do a sport to gain a slim shape, you will lose a lot of energy, so better take some milk with rich content. Yes, that you are in " reducing fat " mood, but totally fat-free will make you weak, although I don't recommend you to have double fried potatoes :-) Besides, milk fat is not evil, especially you burn it for your activity.

enough about myth

May be too much myth has made you dizzy :-) okay, let's talk about another stuff but still about easy but save slimming program. Is it that easy that you only reduce some meals then it would be happily ever after? Well, I have to say that's not enough, because you don't want appear to be a walking toothpick, I am sure. So after you notice 2 or 3 kilograms escape from your body, let's do another step, still easy and simple, only a glass of milk morning and night time, I recommend full cream milk(if you are very fat, you can drink non fat one). Why? I will tell you the reason, this is related with the next step.

Myth oh myth

Myth 6 : Eating more fruit and vegetable contributes a good point for your quick slim program
The fact : When you eat a bunch of fruits and vegetables, their rich fiber content will make your stomach feeling full very quickly, then the logical matter is you won't touch another item anymore. Besides, generally they contain less fat or no fat comparing with others, but still beware that some of them do have fatty inside. I am sure at least you can imagine one. Avocado ? Yes, we call it butter fruit. Although the fat is good fat, but still remember our keyword ? The AMOUNT.
One avocado is fine, but 10 avocados will be a disaster for your quick slim program.

Myth again ?

Myth 5 : Stress makes you fat
The fact : Stress makes your body and mind imbalance, and some people try to relief stress by eating more and more meal, they hope it will make "calming effect". The favorite food including an extra large cup of ice cream, fried potatoes, a big bunch of soft drinks. Wow, sounds delicious..., but they are your quick slim program's worst enemy,not because of the food, but of the amount.
I repeat once again, the AMOUNT oh those meals you take. You are what you eat huh ? ( I forget whose sentence it is )

More myth

Myth 4 : When your stomach is full of recent dining, don't go to bed.
The fact : It does make sense. You will have more calories or fuel which have no chance to be burnt, and will be stored as fat or excess calories. So, this idea is pretty logical, just avoid having dinner too late, or going to bed not long after your meal. You won't let this stuff makes your quick slim program screwed up, right ?

Still about myth

Myth 3 : Don't eat too much chocolate or choco bar, it add on a lot of fat on your slim body.
The fact : Well, um, partly of this statement is true, but it's the milk and sugar that add extra fat on you, not the chocolate. So, don't blame this " woman's sweetheart" too much, it has nothing to do with slim or not slim.

Another myth

Myth 2 : Too much sleep will make you not slim anymore.
the fact : When you were sleeping, not much calories burnt due to the resting or no activity period.
Something you eat before could be stored and saved in your fat bank as calories. Especially if you eat much and go to bed not long after that. So, if you don't want your quick slim program disturbed, just get some control on your sleeping habit.

Myth and the fact

Myth 1 : Don't drink too much water, it makes your tummy growing bigger.
The fact : As long as no fat or carbohydrate involved, drinking too much water won't make your
belly expanding. May be temporary it would be swollen a bit, but as the water escape
from your bladder or being absorbed by the body system, it will be shaped as it used
to be. So, don't worry, it won't make any harm on your quick slim program

too good to be true

Sounds too good to be true? It's true, but just don't expect that after several meals ,you will get Anne Hathaway's body shape. You can expect that you'll get used to the new diet program, (x-1) spoons, right?
May be the progress would be limited, but it does work. After one or two weeks, you try the (x-2) spoons program, you have two spoon less food for what ever you have, or lets say 20% less ( because not every meal is measured by spoons )
Oh I forgot to say that the main target is carbohydrate, such as rice, potato, pasta.
You don't have to cut off your vegetable intake, even you can take some fat properly( your body still need fat although your body is one big fat factory ) .
My motto is less fat, not " no fat ", besides, too strict on no fat diet would be frustating,and unhealthy.

another question

Another frequently asked question is " how ", well, a lot of how there, including how to maintain your food intake, is it necessary to deal with an expert or some expensive and exclusive slim and fit program, etc. Those program are fine, but let us begin the simple first step, reducing your food intake. But, what kind of food would be in my black list ? None of them would be in a black list, only reducing the amount of intake. I give you a hint, the very simple first step to your slim and fit dream is only a spoon away, lets say for lunch , it contains 10 spoons rice in your plate, so you simply make it to be 9 spoons, easy and won't be frustating right ? If you take 10 fried potato sticks, just make it 9 , it works, believe me, and save of course.

is it easy to be slim......or not?

Firstly, I'd like to introduce my self. My name is Kiki.
I have a bunch of experience to deal with my overweight problem, so I am eager to share it with all of you. Frankly I am not a graduated expert, but I am sure my stuffs would be something for your diet program. I hope you can get some benefit, and I'd like you to share your interesting way to reduce fat with me too.
The main question in mind would be : is it easy to be slim , really? especially you want it to be quick and safe. I would say that quick word is depends on how you run your imagination. You don't expect reduce your naughty fatty tummy in 3 days, do you ? I guess 3 month would be more appropriate, the important thing is you can see the result progressing. Yes, it's easy to be slim, but first of all, please have a decent way to put a target, so that you won't be frustrated in this fat reducing jungle. Please enjoy your dream come true , to be slim in quick and save way.
