Another myth

Myth 2 : Too much sleep will make you not slim anymore.
the fact : When you were sleeping, not much calories burnt due to the resting or no activity period.
Something you eat before could be stored and saved in your fat bank as calories. Especially if you eat much and go to bed not long after that. So, if you don't want your quick slim program disturbed, just get some control on your sleeping habit.
