This is my experience in quick slim program, full cream milk makes me stay fit and have less desire to consume more meals, besides we still need fat for doing various activity. Although fat free milk is not bad especially for you with extreme fat.
Another reason is : when you do a sport to gain a slim shape, you will lose a lot of energy, so better take some milk with rich content. Yes, that you are in " reducing fat " mood, but totally fat-free will make you weak, although I don't recommend you to have double fried potatoes :-) Besides, milk fat is not evil, especially you burn it for your activity.
