Myth and the fact

Myth 1 : Don't drink too much water, it makes your tummy growing bigger.
The fact : As long as no fat or carbohydrate involved, drinking too much water won't make your
belly expanding. May be temporary it would be swollen a bit, but as the water escape
from your bladder or being absorbed by the body system, it will be shaped as it used
to be. So, don't worry, it won't make any harm on your quick slim program
