I have a bunch of experience to deal with my overweight problem, so I am eager to share it with all of you. Frankly I am not a graduated expert, but I am sure my stuffs would be something for your diet program. The main question in mind would be : is it easy to be slim , really? especially you want it to be quick and safe. I would say that quick word is depends on how you run your imagination. You don't expect reduce your naughty fatty tummy in 3 days, do you ? I guess 3 month would be more appropriate, the important thing is you can see the result progressing. Yes, it's easy to be slim, but first of all, please have a decent way to put a target, so that you won't be frustrated in this fat reducing jungle.
